Site History
 
Charlie Mugler and Nelson Phillips first discussed a site where leaders could informally share information in the Fall of 2003. 
They were attending the "Leader Retreat" at Indianola when the first ideas were discussed.
It took a while, but the site is here and ready to use.
Now it's up to the Puppy Raiser Leaders to start the information flow.
Leader Input
 
Since this site is not affiliated with either 4-H or Guide Dogs for the Blind, they assume no responsibility for its content.
 
Because this site is about and for leaders, the input must come from them.
 
Information about any Guide Dog Puppy Raising event should be submitted via the "Contact Us" page.  The site will be updated as information or new pictures arrive.
 
Without "member" participation and sharing, the page remains static and the membership and puppy raisers aren't informed.
